The TCRC is excited to announce two new modules on our website for study teams!

1) Budget Request module:

Budget quote requests for new studies can now be initiated in our website https://tcrc.mgh.harvard.edu/budget_requests/new.  Once submitted, the requests are automatically sent to the service area leader(s) to prepare your budget.  This new functionality will allow for better transparency and tracking for budget requests moving forward. Please review the Budget Request Tip Sheet here https://tcrc.mgh.harvard.edu/data/document_templates/35/Submitting_a_Budget_Request_to_the_TCRC.pdf
If you have any questions, please reach out to tcrcinfo@mgh.harvard.edu.

2) Quest Drop Off Only Tracking module:

We've added enhanced tracking capabilities for study teams who drop off samples in the TCRC to be analyzed at Quest.  Sample manifests can now be prepared in advance and then scanned at drop off in the TCRC lab to allow us to better track samples when they are transferred to the Quest courier.  This new functionality can be found here https://tcrc.mgh.harvard.edu/drop_off_check_ins.  For more detailed instructions, please review the Quest drop off Tip Sheet here https://tcrc.mgh.harvard.edu/data/document_templates/35/Quest_Sample_Drop_Off_Tracking.pdf
If you have any questions, please reach out to TCRC Lab Manager, Amanda Griffin, at ALDICKERSON@mgh.harvard.edu.
